Man tortured, filmed by brothers-in-law in Okara: police

A man was tortured by his brothers-in-law in Okara, the police said Wednesday.

The victim was identified as Ghulam Rasool. He was tied up with a rope and forced to rub his nose on ground.

His brothers-in-law filmed the incident too, according to the area SHO.

The police arrested the prime accused, Zaman, after a case was registered.

Three others remain on the run.
