Bahawalpur man arrested on charges of raping, murdering three-year-old cousin

A man was arrested on Tuesday for raping and then murdering his three-year-old cousin in Bahawalpur, the police said.

The suspect has confessed to the murder, according to the police. A case has been registered too.

The police said that the suspect raped his aunt too.
